- Mention specific technical topics or questions
- Share tips for future candidates
- Update your review if circumstances change
Don'ts
Don't Share Confidential Information
- Never post proprietary company information
- Don't share specific code from take-home assignments
- Avoid posting entire interview questions verbatim
- Respect NDAs and confidentiality agreements
Don't Attack Individuals
- Don't name specific interviewers
- Avoid personal attacks or insults
- Don't make discriminatory comments
- Keep criticism professional and process-focused
Don't Manipulate
- Don't post fake reviews
- Don't review companies you haven't interviewed with
- Don't post multiple reviews for the same interview
- Don't attempt to harm a company's reputation unfairly
Moderation
Reviews that violate these guidelines may be:
- Edited to remove inappropriate content
- Hidden pending review
- Permanently removed
Repeated violations may result in account suspension.
